Teaching a pop-up, open, group Gyrokinesis class on the roof of Fishtown Waves (1527 E Berks Street, Philadelphia, PA)

The cost for this 2hour class is $20.  This format will start on low stools (these will be provided for you) and progress to floorwork, and a brief standing sequence.  Be sure to pack your towel, mat, water, sunglasses, and sunscreen :)
